NIT Rourkela is a genuinely strong technical institute that anchors a local engineering talent pool, though the surrounding economy — ancillary manufacturing, mining-linked trade, and steel-supply logistics — is far less digitally mature than the talent base would suggest. That mismatch (strong engineers, under-digitized local businesses) makes it a market where a studio can hire well locally while building for still-analog industrial clients.
